T4 reset due to bad upstream connectivity - zip code 43065

I'm at a complete loss.  I've been experiencing T4 resets since September '17.  I've had 3 tech visits;

The first tech replaced end of cables inside.  Removed old splitter and reduced drops by one.  Ran new line from house to box.  Issue persisted.

Next tech called day of visit and said they had an issue on their end and a fix was coming.  Waited a month and T4 reboots still happening.

Last tech came out, confirmed levels are bad outside.  Replaced cable ends and installed active booster.  Reboots still occurring.  Obviouly upstream levels look better 42-44dBmV but still see channels getting T4 timeout and modem eventually rebooting.  Downstream were -3,-1, 0 now are 7,8s.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get this resolved?

don't reset it, Copy and paste the signal level and error log pages....

I'm not reseting it.  It resets on it's own.  Here is an example of todays signal page right before the autoreboot;

Re: T4 reset due to bad upstream connectivity - zip code 43065

the 24 mHz US channel is getting ingress from something in the 21-27 mHz range....

TWC/ Spectrum needs to drive along the entire coaxial node you're on and sniff out and repair any egress they find.... It's probably multiple points in a 5 sq mile area. Egress points= ingress points.

You can also do a factory reset on that modem, you will get a reset box if you disconnect the coax and look in the "configuration" tab

That may set it up for consecutive DS channels, I suspect there's also some broadcast tv ingress from local channels 43-44-45-46-47-49-50

Re: T4 reset due to bad upstream connectivity - zip code 43065

A super nice/smart tech came out tonight.  He opened a maintenance request to check the tap(s).  The issue appears upstream from the outside tap.

What has been your experience since then? Are you still seeing the timeouts?

Hope all is well.
