I think i screenshot this correctly. Anyway, I'm supposed to be getting 300 down, was told by TWC tech support they were getting 368 down on their end but as you can hopefully see, I'm getting no where near that. Any ideas what could be the issue? I have an Arris SB6190 and an Asus RT-AC1750.
copy and paste the modems signal level and error log pages, DON'T RESET THE MODEM, need to see history

I assume this is a wired connection..
It looks like the modem was reset right before pasteing the levels.
Don't reset it.
Is the speed test I posted for you on a wired connection?
Try a known good cat5e or cat 6 cable between the modem and the routers wan port.
If you're getting 50 down on a wireless that's great. I assume thwere's other devices on wireless, they pull the speed down to the worst one
