Slow speeds during afternoon/evening hours

Hello,

 

I live in the DFW TX area and subscribe to TWC 200/20 internet service. From 12am-8am I get above subscribed speeds 230/25. But any other time I typically get 50/25 tested via wireless AND wired.  Please see below modem logs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Call em back out, too many uncorrecteds.. If all the people on the node have that issue, it will be the worst during prime time. This is some sort of coaxial issue between the modem and the coax to fiber converter, maybe a couple miles away and is affecting everyone on the node

I think the Uncorrected may have been due to the the event that occurred around 8am(see in logs) I have not seen any uncorrected since then. But still have the issues.

FYI, the city, county, and state public safety forces around Dallas share 700 and 800 MHz public safety radio networks operating narrrow band digital voice subscribers on various channels between 799 and 815 MHz.  For portable and mobile units the allowed transmit ERP is 70 W.  Stations at fixed locations may run up to 250 W ERP.

It appears that the cable customer's modem detects some interference on DS channels 21 through 24, though it's not severe at this time.  Are any city, county, or state agencies located fairly close to the residence?  If so I would search around those facilities first for points of signal ingress into the cable plant.

looks like the CMTS doesn't use the 3rd 8 ch shelf much... and yeah, issues are worst near 800 mHz.  Without seeing the good packet totals, it's hard to tell. uncorrecteds must never exceed corrected ones for a start.

I dont live particulary close to any Government facilities. I rebooted the modem Tuesday after I posted. Here are the latest results. No uncorrected and still have the same issues the past few days/nights. Could this just be congestion due to overutlization in my area?
