I've just noticed an issue today connecting to my company's VPN. I'm seeing download speeds between 100-400KB/s but when I connect to sites outside my company's network, I'm seeing speeds between 50-100 Mb/s.
This has never been a problem for me before. I'm the only one on the corporate network seeing this issue too. My IT department has done troubleshooting and believes that it's a change on Time Warner's end. . .
This is a major problem for me, I do development and need to download large files and/or lots of small files from our source control system periodically. Anyone have ideas on what to do next? I've opened a ticket with Time Warner too. . . I've rebooted everything as well.

Copy and paste the modems signal level and error/event log pages
copy and paste a CMD level tracert to google.com
