Re: SB6190 - Austin TX - High uncorrectable codewords on one channel;

TWC screwed up then changed it back from posts here  realizing most 8 and fewer channel modems can't handle a 24 channel spread.

BTW... post the upstream levels, something caused the TCS partial service on one of the 4 upstream channels

Good to know that there actually was a network change. Would love to speak to the guy doing that stuff. Bet he doesn't comb the forums much.

That's the msot recent.

Where I know the clock to be acurate, I have actually seen very few issues recently. My huge concern was the channel change, as I am accustomed to noticing and being alarmed by things like that.

My wire situation isn't ideal; I'd like new copper, but the situation doesn't really allow for a new drop; **bleep** HoA's

Re: SB6190 - Austin TX - High uncorrectable codewords on one channel;

What TWC needs to do is partition the 1-4 ch modems on their own 4 channels and the 8-24 ch modems on 16+ channels... hint hint.  my bill is in the mailWoman LOL
