I've had the same problem since switching to Spectrum in December.  I thought it was just the norm for Spectrum.  If not, how do I find/send the info to get a solution?

Most slow/dropped connections are due to damaged coax, loose connectors, wifi interference, etc. Sometimes congestion of the node can cause slowdowns.  Since you have had problems for months have you called for a tech visit?

 

Please describe in detail the problem and we may be able to help diagnose.
