Post the new working level page and print it for you records to see if anyhing changes in the future.

 These guys are horrible when it comes to troubleshooting ingress, egress and intermittents. They also don't change out connectors outside when customers have intermittents which is the obvious place to start if they don't see the problem when they're on site.

They also don't take kindly to customers that come here, get a diagnosis from the peers and ignore or discount it... They have a few things to learn...

Incoming levels and error counts both look good, and upstream levels are in the acceptable range.  If the DS channel errors start to climb overa few hundred it will be time for another tech visit.
