Poor power and SNR?

Can someone confirm that the below is very poor connectivity? On my "100Mb" connection I'm frequently seeing 1-2Mb at night. I am wondering if it can actually be improved or I should just switch providers.

I have rebooted the modem (and wifi routers). The speed is better in the day time, I can sometimes get near 100Mb/s. But at night I am seeing anywhere from 0.5-2Mb/s, I can't even watch Netflix on lowest settings. Here is the event log too if that helps:

Have you called for a tech visit? You need someone out ASAP. Those signals are very poor, likely indicating squirel-chewed coax,  loose connections, standing water in a pedestal, or failing amps. 

 

Describe your connection from the incoming main line to the modem (splitters, length of coax runs, etc). House or apartment?

Thanks for the reply. The coax from Spectrum is coming in hanging over the garage to the side of the house (single home). The modem is connect via the outlet on the other side of the wall with the 3-4 foot cable that came provided - cat6A from there.

I have not called a technician yet. The reason is shown in the table below. They will come in the day time, and my connection is now 180x faster than it is at night, I'm geting over 100Mb/s. However, come 6PM I'll be below 1Mb/s again.

Interesting that in the first post the modem shows 16 channels while the most recent it shows 24.  How long has this been going on? Is it consistently the same time every day for is it intermittent?

It's been happening for about a month now. It happens every day as far as I can tell since we've been unable to watch nextflix most nights we try.

It's 4pm for me now and it's beginning to go downhill, I'm down to 20Mb/s already, typically gets worse as it gets later:
