Supposed to be getting 100/20 speeds but only managing ~10/10.

THANKFULLY, I have a technician coming tomorrow. I thought of showing him the logs and channels stats from the modem. Will that help? I know for a fact it's all the coax wiring, loss of signal, etc. Thought I'd post this in amusement and hopefully help others as I get my service fixed.

Will it help?? ABSOLUTELY!!  It's critical evidence of the signal quality (or lack of) that your modem is receiving.  By all means print out a copy for him to look at and keep it yourself until your problems are completely resolved.

I am wondering why two of my channels are not getting any signal and why I'm only getting 24 downstream and 4 upstream when the modem is capable of 32/8.

you have a corroded/ loose connection or cable off to an empty jack on a splitter, perhaps a chewed up outside line. need new connectors/ grounding block, probably outside the house.

 You're getting really severe 4G and LMR ingress trashing half the channels.

printout that signal page for the tech. Report back after he replaces whatever is bad.

They struggled a bit trying to find the issue. There was high packet loss happening from the cable going to the modem. They replaced the main splitter coming from the grounding box as the old one was an 8-way(!) with several unused inputs that weren't even terminated. That didn't end up helping so they then checked the line coming off the tap which was showing clean. They then checked all lines and found that the line coming out of the outside grounding box into the splitter in the attic was damaged. After that was replaced the line going into the modem was now clean.

 

Here's the results. Much better. Getting advertised speeds now.

Definitely point out to your service tech that you can clearly see that two of the DS channels have no signal and that you will not allow your complaint to be closed until all 24 are working and signal levels are set and delivered within published tolerances.  In the absence of a published Spectrum installation acceptance document, those values should be -8.0 to +10.0 dBmV AND modem SNR of 37 dB or better. 
The ability of your modem to decode 32 DS channels and upload 8 US streams is only pertinent if your cable system operates a 32+8 network.  Your local Spectrum franchise operates theirs in a 24x4 configuration.  It will be a very long time before they convert to 32x8.  Just adding the 4 US channels requires the operating company to vacate the existing cable channel slots 1 through 6, relocate all that programming, and replace (at their expense) almost every set-top box, about 75% of all their rental modem-gateways, and all the line amplifiers along the overhead trunk routes.  That's not cheap by any stretch and uses a lot of overtime and outside contractors.

look at his last signal page Karl... It's pretty much fixed now... I don't like seeing that much rolloff on the top channels, They're pushing the outside plant over it's designed specs, probably 750 mHz tops...

 May have wet or UV damaged rg6 cable outside or too long a run, attick cable may be heat damaged and center conductor migrated

Could be too long and maybe needs to be replaced with rg11...  and not a good candidate for a docsis 3.1 upgrade as they were sticking that channel above the existing ones...

If this degrades again, coax needs to be replaced.
