Modem goes offline during Provisioning

For the pasr 2 weeks the cable modem would randomly during some days mostly in the morning somtimes in the afternoon, then not at all. Go offline then within a few seconds to minutes comeback online. Since july of last year when i had a tech come out for different connection issues he replaced the wall connection and cable to the box outside of my home so its still fairly new. The modem is the technicolor one, it was working fine till this month. Couple of days ago it went offline again but didnt come back even after an hour so i unplugged it for 30seconds and plugged it back in which brought it back online, and it was fine till today. Im hoping its something easily fixed.

This what i got when it went offline again today, had to unplug it cuz it didnt come back on after 30min. Reconnected after the hard restart,  uc/dc lights were flickering when it went offline and both wireless 2.4 and 5 ghz were still on. I realy hate that when i copy and paste the info from my modem it will not let me post it cuz html is wrong.

Make sure all connectors are a tad more than finger tight.

You are having some sort of upstream problem, but since it's a rental, get a different one as there should be 4 US channels not 2.

 If it still occurs, they need to send out a tech.
