Re: McKinney Connection drops and lots of uncorrectables over a few day period

So as you mentioned TWC cable out and moved the modem to the output port just as your picture below.  However now 3 days later I'm still getting my modem Just randoming freezing. can loginto it via 192.168.0.1 Just frozen so i moved over to the Motorola SBG-6900-AC  my modem still is droping randomly however the Motorola (arris) is rebooting its selft when "frozen"  Now whats the problem. I've tried two modems, moving it to the last port seems like fix the "uncorrectables" but why are these modems freezing and dropping connection. I'm connected via RJ45   I've attached the Connection activity.  Number look better.... Any suggestions???

your s/n @ 31 dB is not good.

You need to connect the modem to amp back  the original way. see if it takes the s/n back up
