I think you need to call them and schedule a service call, Hawkeye. You have way too many correctables and uncorrectables showing. I don't have Maxx either but have a good connection lately with 0 in those categories. You might want to check your parents modem page to see what theirs looks like.
agreed, looks like broadcast TV ingress from ch's 26-27-28-29 on these channels and probably a loose connection somewhere

Hawkeye: I wouldnt be a bit surprised. Signal boosters are often something field techs stick on people's lines when they can't figure out the real problem. If your really need it you probably still have some corroded or loose connections somewhere as MsRaye said.
I just took it off the line. The thing was really hot to the touch. I'll keep an eye on the stats and see if it clears up.
Here's what I get now that the amp has been removed and the modem reset.

Hawkeye Now your power levels are falling to near out of spec so that's why the booster is there. Still, they should be able to clean it up without that. Looks like it was causing all the uncorrectable though.
They claim modems work between -15 to +15 or -8 to +8 depending on which articles you read with 0 being optimal. You have some that are -10 or a little worse and they probably fluctuate due to the weather.
They are advertising the upgraded speeds as available as well as selling packages at the upgraded speeds. I have an email stating I just subscribed to 300mbps yet I'm still getting the 50-55 mbps.
Does your account info say 300 or 50?
Did you have a 300Mbs modem?
If the answer to both questions is yes why didn't you open a ticket or call TWC?
Just pulled the splitter off the line now and and the power levels look much better. They range from -5.6 dBmV to -4.0 dBmV. SNR ranges from 39.7 dB to 40.1 dB. I don't really need the box for TV. I have an XBOX One that I can use, so I'll probably just leave it this way.
