MOTO SBG6580: Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out

Modem constantly disconnects! I need help. I live in an apt. NO cable splitter, cable is in good shape. Please see the event log below:

You have major signal intermittent issues and need TWC/spectrum out.

They will probably blame it on the obsolete 6580 modem, however a different modem won't fix the issue which is probably bad building wiring and amplifiers.

 

All you can do on your end is to make sure all connectoions are shiny and tight and no extra splitters. coax not going thru a ups or surge strip, etc.
