Internet connectivity

Service has been out over a day. Tech they sent can’t even fix the problem. Has to send out a “maintenance team”. Can’t even get them to confirm they’re coming out. I thought at&t was bad.

Good morning. Forums are peer to peer support. Maintenance work in these cases

is done as quickly as possible and if it is deemed an area issue the appointment would not be visible on your account. Agents do not have access to the maintenance crews scheduled jobs.
