Internet DL speed drop throughout the day to 1-5mbps

So for awhile now throughout the day my interenet DL speeds will drop very low, especially when we are suppose to be getting around 100mbps. I have tried to talk to Spectrum but they just keep restarting the router and all that stuff, which cures the problem for about 10-60 mins then the speeds drop again. I am you, this is my first time having my own interent service, at this point I do not know what to do. They have sent people out to change the modem and everything. I am also located in NE Ohio if anyone else may be having the same problems.

copy and paste the modems signal level and errror log pages and what model# the combo is...

I live in Kent, OH its near Akron, OH. Sorry for the late response I have been away for the holidays. The modem is an Ubee DVW32CB and the router is a Netgear AC1750

You have bad ingress from TV ch 47 as well as cellular and trunked radio. Something is corroded or loose,  or open splitter ports. Signal to noise is all over the place causing the high errors. 

 This might be chewed up overhead line from the black squirells...

 If not obvious , get TWC/ Spectrum out.
