Intermittent issues

Been having an intermittent internet issue causing me to reboot my cable modem. I get terrible speeds and service drop outs every day. Below are my stats and logs. Can someone please help?

Looks like too many splitters, bad connections, corrosion,  ingress... for a start.

Sounds like this is the primary issue with most people's problems. Thanks, I'll call TWC Spectrum and get a tech out to check the lines.

This kinda diy forum... modem must be on the first 2 way splitter after the grounding block with it's other port split if necessary for your cable boxes... If you're internet only, there should be no splitters.. There shouldn't be any extra or open splitter ports.

Modam coax can't go thru any surge outlet strips or UPS feed thru's, they're horrid ingress locations...

loose corroded inside stuff needs to be fixed.checked first, may be corroded/rodent chewed outside lines or tree abrasion. Could be the tape off at the pole or down the street.

Your levels tell me there's at least 2-2ways or a 4 way inline
