My internet connection have been going on and off for 2 weeks now and I’ve had my modem reset multiple times but still does it
If you are unfamiliar with how to access or post the modem's signal levels or event logs, you need to call for service. You likely have loose connections, damaged coax, corroded splitters, or failing amps that need to be physically checked out by a tech.
