I've noticed as well that logs are not on the right time zone. It should be on PST,  but I'm not sure if that matters?

Thanks in advance

Re: Intermittent WiFi connection

copy and paste the signal level pages... The only thing in the log that caused resets are the T4.s and there's not many of them.

Re: Intermittent WiFi connection

Call this in to TWC/Spectrum as "modem constantly resetting due to excessive correctables and uncorrectables" if you don't find something loose....

This looks like a bad amplifier or connection between the modem and out on the street somewhere.

It's not a wifi problem, the wifi is dropping because of the resets from the errors.

Make sure all the coax connectors are tight and there's no extra splitters. It's a physical problem and can't be fixed over the phone.

Do you also have twc phone? If so, the modems are known to get flakey when the'res any noise and you run IPv6, turning off IPv6 seems to help but not eliminate the resets.

Re: Intermittent WiFi connection

I've called TWC this morning. As of now it's a wait and see thing. If problem persists, they are likelly to send a technician. å

Channels have been updated to less congested ones. Not much more could be done over the line.

Thanks for your help. I will update accordingly

Re: Intermittent WiFi connection

No such thing as Less congested channels causing all the T3-4 errors and high correcteds. Those are some sort of coaxial issue that is causing the modem to reset which drops and resets the wireless in all in ones...

Congestion is just the horrible reuse of 2.4 gHz ch's 1-6-11 , the only help there is to turn off the scan and lock up ch's 3 or 8.  There is no wifi /wireless interference entries in the log you posted!

Looks like you might have 2 unrelated problems. Clean up the wireless one by using ethernet connections. Get TWC out to fix the coaxial ones, bet this is an apartment bldg... yuck...

Re: Intermittent WiFi connection

Modems don't change to daylight savings time.  A one hour clock offset is normal most of the year.  Anything else will cause severe problems.

Re: Intermittent WiFi connection

DS ch1 is the start/home channel and has 1 in 10,000 correcteds. It's also your worst channel! That's a big problem, I consider 1 in 1 million acceptable unless you're running a VPN , which needs 1 in 100 million... or better
