I enocounter lag in video games when it is the only intensive device on the network and streaming delays on hulu and netflix intermittently on 100 mbps.
I have replaced my modem and coax connecting to the access point.
I have tried wired and wireless, same issues either way.
Ping plotter shows latency on a midwest.rr.com hop.
Any help is appreciated.
Here is the ping plotter:https://img42.com/S05ly

Uncorrectables way too high, they can't exceed correctables.
Looks like the server at the head end is overloaded, and probably with whatever is causing the uncorrectables and for many customers.
in the ping plotter view tools, add in the MAX column . That 188 average shows there's an issue, lets see if pings are exceeding 3 seconds
Here you go!
Looks like an overloaded server at the head end... Maybe from all the correctables....
They need to be reduced first. That's some sort of coaxial issue.
But, you need to run ping plotter with all the rest of your devices turned off, they do hoard bandwidth.
Here is the current read out; no devices but my computer.
For those correctables, would i need to contact timewarner? I have replaced the only cables i have access to.

OK, now please confirm: This plot is with the computer plugged directly into the modem using a CAT-5e ethernet cable, NOT running over WiFi?
You definitely do need to contact Spectrum about the high number of errors on all DS channels, but that can wait while they chase down the slow routers you identified along their transport route.
you need to use an ethernet cable... See if results are the same...
