Over the past month I have been experiencing increased latency and packet loss in games (League of Legends, Fortnite, PUBG, Overwatch, etc). We have a 100/10 Mbps speed plan and have a new Motorola MB7420 modem and EA8300 Linksys router. My computer is connected through ethernet and is the only device connected to the network while testing. Running WinMTR and Ping Plotter shows 150-700ms ping spikes every 5-10 seconds at "tge0-0-8.elpwtx0201h.texas.rr.com [188.8.131.52]". Any help would be appreciated!

You're going to need to get Spectrum on this, the server at the head end is messed up, looks like it's badly ovrloaded.

Thank you for the reply. I'll be contacting Spectrum tomorrow to report this issue. I've heard that asking for a tier 2+ agent would help get the issue escalated and fixed more quickly, is that recommended?
It's a tier 3 issue...
repeat service calls from multiple customers seems to be all they'll use to escalate issues at a specific server.
Call this in as a problem with the server at that IP address...
Tell them they need to send a tech there, lol...
