INTERNET DROP, Ontario CA

ok so heres my issue ive had a tech come out the past 2 days for connection issues,1st tech didnt notice any issues reset my router it worked for a the rest of the day till night time , my connection drops called back the sent a secound guy out today and he replaced my router with the new version router still have the arias modem, internet worked fin allday until now it dropped again ,the support lady i talked to on the phone siad she did notice my drops ,what could be the problem the tech checked every thing the lines,connections,cables ETC..

PLEASE HELP!

Do you have access to the modem's signal levelsand event log pages at 192.168.100.1 or 192.168.0.1 ? Post these items as it may point to an obvious issue that a new modem or router will not fix.
