I want to start off by saying that I had my internet service installed just yesterday (100mbs down/10mbs up) in my apartment. I've been keeping track of my connection, and noticed a few uncorrectable errors yesterday (few hundred to be exact). Since then, they've jumped exponetially to the point where I thought it would be a cause for concern. I've had a couple of slow page loads, and a couple of lag spikes noticable while gaming. Currently posting these from my Ubee DDW36C.

That's pretty bad and since it's even on all channels it's a dirty/ noisy amplifier in the downstream path.. Is this an apartment building?
They're the worst for poor distribution.
Uncorrectables should NEVER exceed correctables, they also require a resend of data all the way back to whatever website you were connected to which shoves latency and jitter way up for both you and everyone else on the node.
Yeah, it's an apartment building. I probably should've mentioned that I'm not very knowledgeable about these things. As far as solutions go, what can I do on my end to try and fix the issue?
This is multiple bad connections in the building... Good luck. Call twc if you're having speed and dropouts, there's always blame on the building owners by TWC and the owners blame TWC, they never get fixed.
Your DS levels are too high and are overloading the modem. You need to insert some extra loss to get them down under +10.0 dBmV. The easiest way is to add a two-port splitter with one port terminated. That will reduce your DS signal level by 3.5 dB, and the US level goes up by the same 3.5 dB.
Karl, I don't think that will help... The attenuator needs to go before the amplifier...
