We need your location, city, state, and zip. Also, a description of the problem. If it is Internet signal loss, is it happening more at specific times or just randomly? We had an issue in Wisconsin the day Net Neutrality died, but about three days after that it was fixed.

Was told there was an outage yesterday. I should be getting 100mb down but that has only happened at about 4 in the morning otherwise I get 10-25mb. Looks from those readings that not every channel is being utilized.
Expanding on what MsRaye said, notice that the lowest numbered DS channels assigned are also much lower in level than the rest, and four of them (9 thru 12) can't even be detected by the modem. DS13 and DS14 are also reading far too low. This usually indicates either a suddenly failed 'trap' filter or a line amplifier that is grossly misaligned.
If Spectrum is actively expanding internet service in your immediate area, they may not have connected program signals to that four channel bank of 9-12 yet.
I bet you are internet only and TWC has a trap/ filter on the line that needs to be removed... They added channels that used to be TV ones... lol... Thanks Karl....

Now that you mention it, its very possible. I was actually a tech for about 6 monthes before I found my teaching job. Also I dont have a signal meter so I didn't think about it but I tried cutting out some signal to my modem thinking it might be too strong. I was right. Cut out 7db using splitters and was able to get the internet to fire right up and steady to 120mb. I have an r11 service drop to my house because signal at the pole used to be really weak for the area. I'm thinking they increased the power a bit recently. Modems want just the right db. Thanks for your thoughts guys, helped me figure it out. I am going to call to see about the turned off frequencies and sort that out.
sweet spot is -8 to +8 dBmv ds and adjacent channels should not vary more than 1/2 dB
s/n must be 34 dB or higher.
US MUST be below +50 dBmv as +52 is the max modems can put out on 4 US channels
sweet spot is between +30to + 45 if there's no splitteror attenuator
