For the past week or so I’ve been experiencing terrible upload speeds. On speed tests I’m getting ~50mbps download and .03 - .05mbps upload. The odd thing is it only seems to happen at night. Technician came by, tested the lines and replaced all the cable ends and said everything looked fine. Numbers on the modem all look fine, even when upload speeds are rubbish.
Things I’ve done:
Wired desktop directly to the modem
Tried different Ethernet card
Replaced cable modem
The slow upload speed effects all devices connected to the network, not just the desktop.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Don't reset the modem, copy and paste the signal level and error log pages.
Is sync, cloud, dropbox or I tunes sync running on any devices?
Not running any syncing/cloud programs. I used resource monitor to check the network useage from this computer and there was nothing really eating up bandwidth.

Upload is normal speed right now (usually is during the day). Upload speed seems to slow down around 10 - 10:30pm and return to normal around 7 - 7:30am. Heres the error log from last night and today.
