I'm having to reboot my modem (Netgear CM500, FirmwareV1.01.09) once every couple of days to restore speeds. I'm getting 15mb down when speed testing, and after modem reboot I get closer to the 400mb down that I'm paying for. It's happening again today. Here are the modem info / logs:
|Downstream Bonded Channels (Partial Service)|
|Upstream Bonded Channels|
I'm getting various (infrequent) errors in the logs such as:
- Missing BP Configuration Setting TLV Type
- SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire FEC framing
- Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received
I'm in Ohio. Does anyone have any insight based on the above info?
Agree. You need to call Spectrum. Your downstream numbers are terrible. The amazing part is you get service at all. There is definitely a problem with your cabling somewhere.
