Experiencing Lag Spikes Every day starting around 5pm and ending from 10pm to midnight. Help!

AS the title states I've been experiencing this problem and it has been very frustrating! I've done everything I can, I've called TWC I've tried fixing it on my end looking up forums etc. Nothing I do seems to work! So I'm reaching out for help here. LEt me know what information you guys need to see to help me, Also this problem has been going on for the past 5 months

signal looks like there's a damaged line or open splitter port but not enough to seriously lower your speed.  tooks like the Austin issues perhaps....  some sort of ingress around 490-500 mHz...

Did you just reset the modem?Correcteds/uncorrecteds are unusually clean.

I just reconnected from a VPN line to unlock Bf1 early, so that might be it, As for the Error/Event Log I can't seem to find what you mean. do you mean this firewall local log? http://puu.sh/rMoze/495a2eacf8.png

make sure you copy the log while issue is happening, that log looks ok,
IF you issue is not fixed I have some ideas, but no point if your vpn issue is resolved.
TOD + signal issues, can combine to wreck things in prime time. but not at other times.

Well, The issue isn't happening right now, I also didn't have any VPN issues. Nothing was resolved. THe issue seems to happen during Peak Hours. I'm open to try anything to fix this problem for me.
