AS the title states I've been experiencing this problem and it has been very frustrating! I've done everything I can, I've called TWC I've tried fixing it on my end looking up forums etc. Nothing I do seems to work! So I'm reaching out for help here. LEt me know what information you guys need to see to help me, Also this problem has been going on for the past 5 months
signal looks like there's a damaged line or open splitter port but not enough to seriously lower your speed. tooks like the Austin issues perhaps.... some sort of ingress around 490-500 mHz...
Did you just reset the modem?Correcteds/uncorrecteds are unusually clean.
What's in the event log?
