This has been happening since Thursday morning 12/6/18. The wifi and ethernet speeds are suffering a major slow down and make the internet alsmot unusable. Is there some sort of outage or something?
Have you called customer service to report it? Do you have access to your modem's signal levels page? It can help us diagnose if there is some sort of coax issue.
