So I spoke to a TWC representative and he said he saw that my modem was not set to the correct channel. So he did something on his end and he said the problem should be fixed permanently. I will mark it as solved in a few days when I see that everything is going well. @MsRaye i would like to thank you for trying to help me out.
There's one thing though, I didn't take out the F splitter because its extremely tight (I even tried with a wrench). Should I leave it as is or will this F splitter cause problems later in the long run? Basically there's one connection that pass through the F splitter, the other slot is empty.
Your levels appear good, I'd put a 75 ohm terminator on the empty port though.
Also, paste the new vchannel lineup, let's see if the channels are now adjacent rather than skipped over.
That is a huge issue with 4 ch modems and becoming an issue with the 8 ch modems

I have a TWC representative coming to my house tomorrow to check everything to make sure everything is up to par.
Do these screenshot show a resolved problem?
All channels appear adjacent except channel 14. Is that an issue? Just curious. I'll be using my internet for the rest of the day to see its levels. Hopefully my issue is permanently resolved.
The IP loss error in the log is a new one....
It looks like for a start, all the connectors especially outside, need to be replaced. Maybe the outside cable is chewed up as well, somethings compromised, causing the partial service and channel skips
Hey here's an update:
I think my internet appears to be fine except today it randomly disconnected and I got a "Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (DNS server) is not responding" when I diagnosed my internet. Resetting my modem fixed it but I feel the problem didn't go away 100%
you can easily post png and jpg images here but the resolutions not as good as an old fashioned copy and paste, :
I see the modem reset.. can you repost a new copy of the signal level page.. Need to see if the corrected/uncorrecteds are high on a channel or two after a few hours of "soak" time...?
The DS partial service errors are indicating there's a problem, I need to see if it's a specific channel getting interference.
My new problem isn't as bad as before but it's annoying because of the high ping. This is highly noticeable when I play games.
you are having a major signal ingress issue. 399 mHz has way too many uncorrecteds and there's a bunch of skipped channels that the DS partial service error flagged.
TWC needs to come out and clean up all your conections and probably the pole tap off you're connected to.
