Daily drop outs.

we have been experancing muliable dropouts through out the day. it happens 2 to 3 times a day. here are some of the log files from the modem.   what needs to be done to correct this.

Same here, Eric, except as many as 10-15 dropouts per day; some only 20-30 seconds, most are just about two minutes.  My log looks similar to yours, here are the most recent dropouts:

Levels are a bit out of balance.
As low as the SnR is on downstream, would expect upstream to boost power a bit to overcome extra noise.... but it is dropping pretty low. May be some sort of amplifier in play that has gone awol.

Need someone on-site to inspect things.
