DS Partial Service Fallback

Having to reboot the modem frequently to restore 8 channels. We are internet only and are located in Wake Forest, NC (27587). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated before I contact TWC support.

Somethin is corroded, loose or chewed thru.. Might be a splitter with open port..

 If you don't find it, call them out. it's not a modem problem, but a coaxial one allow broadcast TV ingress..
