Constant Disconnects for the past few weeks SB8200

With the whole SB6190 Puma 6 Chipset fiasco and latency problems I decided to swap it out for the 8200 with a broadcom chipset.  It was working fine for 2 or 3 days but when the storms hit and since then I am now constantly getting random disconnects and crappy upload speeds.

 

I've checked all connections and they are tight but still the connection drops and the modem reboots drops all connectivity for 2 to 3 minutes then comes back up and sometimes it happens once a day and then sometimes 20 times a day.  No method to the madness.

 

From what I've seen on other posts it looks like I'm getting these in the error logs: (I removed my Mac ID except the one that shows 00:00:00:00:00:00.

 

I also posted signal levels and power stuff which honestly I'm a little clueless about.  I am Internet only and I have the 300/20 plan.

Woman LOL You're throwing money at signal issues. You have severe ingress from local TV channels 37  & 42 for a start.

 Something is corroded or loose. or there's open splitter ports.

You should also have 4 upstream channels rather than one

So since I don't have any TV service should this be something I call spectrum on and have them fix the line quality?

I've checked outside on the box and there is no splitter and they ran all new cable when they put the line in.

 

Is this still a line problem?  What should I request when I call support?

I'll bet the outside line is damaged or wasn't replaced or the pole tapoff has issues.. Theres a couple channels that have broadcast TV ingress.

Needs a tech out to clean it up if you don't find anything loose.
