Good luck getting TWC to troubleshoot or repair T3 and T4 errors unless a lot of people on the node complain . Many have issues and don't care.

As expected, same old same old as (nobody) at TWC has provided a solution to the problems that I've been dealing with for years - nor, do they give a d___ about the very people that are providing their livelihoods...

All you can do is call out another tech. Most t3-t4 issues are scattered all over the node and they just won't track them down unless they start taking the entire node out. And even then, only the worst one will get repaired.

 Every little bit helps... How old is the outside cabling and is it overhead or underground?

All of the outside cabling was replaced last year and then burried several months later after much effort on my part to get said done.  I've had tech after tech out and each time was told something different, the last tech (who stated he was t3)  had first insisted that I'd had a bad sufboard.  When I'd immediately presented him with a "brand new one"  (I'd initially purchased two, one as a backup) after which he'd installed and of which had made absolutely no difference in the problem, he'd then admitted to a node problem and had referred me to Terry Kepley who had then assured me - after many phone calls on my part -  that once the lines had been changed in Harrisburg allowing faster speeds, that all my problems would have also been corrected.  

 

Lines were replaced - and as seen, my problems still remain and I've not heard back from Kepley since...  I lost all respect for twc's t3/techs, who've done absolutely nothing in the past to correct any of my problems, only wasted many hours of my time -  time and time again!

 

I do appreciate your time as well as the follow-ups but at this point have decided to look for a "conscientious" provider - one who can provide the service I pay for.

you can try complaining to your states cable tv/public utility comission or th attorney general.

Sometimes they'll light a fire under the cable companies... Problem is now they'll get the excuse that it's a Charter/Spectrum issue and the changeover is far from complete.
