There are certain situations when a customer may want to have Internet service on multiple modems in their home.  Examples of this include, but are not limited to, the size of the residence requiring multiple modems to provide service throughout the home, or a customer requesting a separate service for the children or other occupants living in the home.

  • Additional Internet connections can be added in most cases.   
  • There will be an additional monthly charge for the second Internet connection. 
  • A second connection and installation charge will be required.  
  • For areas with 1 Gig service, only one instance of Gig service is available per household at this time.  
  • EZ connect is not available for a second connection.
