How do I reboot this model through the UI? I cannot access the Advance tab as it is asking for the 'password of the day'.

For some service levels, including 400Mbps and Gigabit service, the interface on the modem is blocked. You can reset you modem by logging into your My Account and selecting:
Troubleshoot > Internet > Slow Connection > Reset My Modem Button
