Your welcome. It is just annoying that Charter Communications/Spectrum formerly Time Warner Cable is knowingly handing out defective modems that have not been fixed by the manufacturer. To top it off Arris is being sued in a class action lawsuit over this issue and Arris has not fixed or recalled the effected modems.
