Another Internet dropping, AND cant find error log


So my internet has been dropping out multiple times a day.  Sometimes, all lights will go out except for power and it will cycle back on.  Other times, internet will stay "connected" on modem, but I'll have no internet on all my devices.  I've had Spectrum come out and run a new line a few months ago because a roofer cut the line on accident in my apartment complex, and I also got a new modem from Spectrum. 

Other problem,, I can't find the error logs in this modem.  It's a Ubee DDW36C.  I've checked the documentation and nothing on it.  Has anyone else used this and found it?

Correcteds and uncorrecteds are totally out of spec for any sort of reliable operation, looks like typical apt bldg bad connections and distribution amplifier issues.

Call twc/spectrum out on excessive noise and service drop outs.


Ubee should have an event log, maybe it's hidden in the technician logins... it might have more helpfull info...

While it's probably a bad connection somewhere it could also be bad power wiring in the building or a bad modems power supply.

 Power issues might show up in the log...

Thanks, I thought they were a bit out of whack, but I couldn't be sure.
