Problems with On Demand on STB

I am currently having problems with On Demand programming disappearing from my set top box. A episode of a show will become available to watch. I will start to watch it, pause it, then it disappears. This also happens when I don't watch them. Shows are just disappearing from the drop down menu when you click on the show that you want to watch. I can't speak to the online app, just the cable box. This has been happening for as long as I can remember.

If there is something missing on your box that is showing as available on the website, please try to unplug your box and plug it back in.  If that does not resolve the issue, please let us know so that we can look into this for you.
