On demand problems

We just switched to Spectrum a few days ago. I watched one episode of an on demand TV show and when I tried to watch the next episode I get the error message GVOD-6014. Also when I went to delete some old shows I had recorded, I got an error message for that too. ??

If the On Demand issue does not clear up within about two days or comes back, you would need to call Spectrum for a signal and drop line test,  Avoid resetting any boxes, modems, or routers for six hours prior to your service call, to avoid a resetting of the signal error codes.  Equipment swaps never solve bad signals.  What is the error message that you are getting when you try to delete a recording?

 

Also on the recording issue, do you know?

 

  • The made and model of your box?
  • The type of guide that you are running?
  • Do you have the new World Box, without a clock?

Sorry for any service issues.  Are you watching On Demand from the app, online streaming or a cable box?  If you are using a cable box, which model cable box are you using?
