I am able to watch some on demand shows on my iPad but the same show is missing in the list of on demand shows on my TV. For instance I’m looking for Late Show with Stephen Colbert and episodes 70 thru 74 are available on my iPad. But on my TV/box only episodes 70, 71, 72 and 74 are available. Episode 73 which is the one I want to watch is not available on my TV. This happens all the time with many different series. Any ideas why? I have not had a good answer from customer service in the past.

We apologize for any service issues. Watching on a iPad, you are likely using the Spectrum TV app, and there is sometimes different content available on the app as compared to OnDemand on a cable box. If you still need assistance, we encourage you to contact support directly.
