Not sure where else to report a bug for the Apple TV app. And not sure how other devices work with captions. But everyday we use this app, confirm it's fully updated, and the Apple TV is fully updated as well. The captions need to be turned on for any channel most days. I'd say over 75% oh them we turn on the captions and then need to do the same after changing channels. Or just later in the day. For my senior mother this is a very big issue for enjoyment. Are there other users with this issue? Does Spectrum even know about this? Or is this just normal operations?
