For a while I have been getting this notification even on my home network.
Connect to Your Spectrum Internet for More to Watch
I only see hand full of channels , just as if I would be watching from work or anywhere else outside home. It appears that the app with my login doesn’t recognize me being on the spectrum internet at home, I tried on xbox and iOS apps same error. Called tech support and they were not helpful at all ,they told me that everyone is experiencing the issue even when my parents who live in the same ZIP code and my neighbors are fine.
Tech support didn’t even try to escalate the issue with their higher tear level support.
Just as a note, with support people I reset all of the devices (modem and router), didnt not help
What do I do?
