This information will not be displayed except for the initial log in to the application which will require your TWC ID and password. You can save the information to avoid entering your credentials each time you want to utilize the app. To ensure the network is secure, make sure that your wireless network is password protected.
TWC has no control over what the Networks choose to be available as far as On Demand content. If you notice, each MOD title also shows what network is making that title available for you to access. It does get updated by the networks every few weeks or at least once a month. You do need to subscribe to the channel that is broadcasting the movie to be given access.
I am sorry to hear that you are not able to obtain the TWCTV application for your new TV.
I am not seeing the TV set you mentioned listed in the compatible devices list.
You can review that list here: Samsung.com/compatible devices

Conact Samsung and tell them you'll quit buying the garbage unless they start loading the firmware properly. Most of these sets don't work the day they're made much less several months later, unless they get a firmware update. At least you can request one unlike Vizio...
This is not a TWC issue, It's a Samsung one.
The issues with the Spectrum app not working with Samsung Smart TVs has been fixed! According to the Spectrum technician, this was an issue on Samsung's side. Whatever it was, I'm so glad it has been resolved. I have been streaming everyday for a week now without any issues.
To be clear, I was not asked to perform any upgrades on the TV software or delete/re-install the app. But if you are still experiencing issues, it doesn't hurt to try.
