My Internet is Garbage

Ever since I paid my bill on the 9th, I've struggled to load websites, videos, etc, even when there was only one device using the internet. Every. Single. Day. I'm paying $70/mo for absolute garbage, and I couldn't even find a way to email and complain. If this continues for an entire month, I will finally free myself of Spectrum. Hopefully someone who can fix this problem will see this post and fix it.

Copy and paste the modems signal level and error log pages and if you're on a wired or wireless connection. This is peer to peer support, we have no clue who/where you are and won't call TWC/Spectrum for you....

What speed are you paying for  and are actually getting?

That is your only hope unless there are some actual details shared that can help diagnose the issue.

Have you called Spectrum support so that they can do an inital modem test? If that fails, they will roll a truck to test the signal coming to your house.
