Cable Rate Cards

[ Edited ]

Hello.

https://www.spectrum.com/browse/content/ratecard.html redirected from http://www.timewarnercable.com/en/residential-home/support/topics/accountandbilling/retail-rates.htm... (used to have PDFs of services and prices).

Is anyone else having problems getting the listings? I keep getting:

"We are sorry, a rate card for your address is not available..."

I even tried its pulldown menus and a couple local addresses. Is anyone else having this problem or just me? Thank you in advance. Smiley Happy

Re: Cable Rate Cards

I got the same result as you. It returns an error because it doesn't recognize us as Charter Spectrum customers. Looks like someone forgot to code the link to search the database of legacy TWC customers, and probably legacy Bright House customers as well.

Stuff appeared in my area last night but:

My area the rate card is still missing the prices of
equipment lease fees
all internet fees

It shows that the cards were effective in April but they are incomplete

using google chrome Version 59.0.3071.115 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Windows 10 Pro version 1703 build 15063.483
