I've read the other post and NO it's not a new box we've had it for about 2 years. It works sometimes but not every time. No, the prompt hasn't been turned off. Don't no why it started doing this but I would like to have it fixed.
This could very well be a signal level issue on the modem and on the cable box....
Especially if devices are running IPv6.
Copy and paste the modems signal level page.
Thenon the remote, hold in the select for 10 seconds, hit the up arrow.
What are the IB levels?
What are the OOB tx and rx levels?
Same problem here. Just started not working. Went to settings. Its on but not reflecting the incoming calls...just had tech guy here Saturday to program my remote. Now this. Not happy
