Just started with TWC phone and wanted to see my incoming call history. Searched online and TWC site says VoiceZOne connect provides that feature if running. I tried to download on my MAC and it hangs downloading. I set all the security tabs for Flash as described.
Tried TWC chat and the agent just tried to redirect me to 1) website, which doesn't have call history for incoming calls, 2) sending a CDR request email 3) VoiceZone connect no longer has this feature. Very frustrating.
So does VoiceZone connect have this feature still?
Any suggestions on how to get it to download to a MAC?
Am I wasting my time trying.
