I want to disable call waiting.

In the switchover from insight to twc i have inavertably had my call waiting activated.  I did not, do not want that feature.  I would expect that I should be able to turn it OFF with something as simple as a phone code being punched into my home phone.  Does twc have that capability like Insight did?

Call waiting can be disabled in the voice zone. Under settings >call waiting. You can also turn it off on per call basis by dialing **70 and the number you are calling. When the call ends it will be turned back on.
