Does nomorobo require ALL incoming calls to press a number to prove they're not a robo call?

I recently spoke with a twc agent about nomorobo. He stated that every incoming call
will be required to prove they are a human caller by pressing a number. A previous
post's answer (actually, my post) stated:
"School Closings, weather emergencies, pharmacy, and doctor's office recordings are
always allowed through."
Which one is correct?

No.  Numbers on Nomorobo's block list ring once (you see it or can caller ID review on the phone if you want later).  Numbers not on the list, go through.  Get doctors, schools, etc. just fine.  Been using for a few years now ince TWC started ring anywhere (now Nomorobo integrated even more).  I think they block a number real time if more than say 100s of calls a minute are placed.  High enough that school closures don't trigger.  See Nomorobo's site maybe for a better description.
