Caller ID not working properly

Every phone call I received today showed a caller ID of "Private" with no phone number displayed.

 

I called the house from my cell phone, I had my family and friends call also, and it's always "Private".

 

This has never happened before.  Is something wrong with your system?

Where are you located?  Spectrum staff will likely need your city, state, and zip code, for an accurate response to this inquiry.  Please provide those three things.  They will request a PM link for direct account assistance, if it is suspected that this is an isolated account incident.
