I have the Cisco digital adapter on a Vizio smart TV. I was told that soon the TV will not work without any type of box, but even though I pay a montly amount for the service, I still have to pay for the box. The issue is that when the TV is plugged into the box the volume will go up and down on its own, I have to constanly adjust the volume either because I can't hear it or it gets too loud.

@elevymkahn You are having problems with your audio from a digital adapter?
